“European Industry Week 2019” Local Event in Athens, February 7th: “Opportunities and Challenges for the Greek manufacturing sector in the era of Industry 4.0”

Under the European Industry Week 2019, HELLENIC PRODUCTION – Industry Roundtable for Growth, IOBE – Foundation for Economic & Industrial Research and the Industrial and Energy Economy Laboratory of the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), are organizing the local event “Opportunities and Challenges for the Greek manufacturing sector in the era of Industry 4.0” on Thursday February 7, 2019 at 17:00 at Benaki Museum (Pireos).

The event will start with a keynote lecture delivered by Professor Christoph Roser, author of the book Faster, Better, Cheaper in the History of Manufacturing: From the Stone Age to Lean Manufacturing and Beyond, on the “History of Manufacturing – Lessons learned from the Past for the Future of Manufacturing”. A panel discussion will follow on the challenges for the European and Greek manufacturing sector – Participants:
